Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in BFS Data Analysis to bridge business and technology teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will drive requirement management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and testing support within a Banking & Financial Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process improvement.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Assist in SIT, UAT, defect validation, and acceptance testing.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis within Banking & Financial Services (BFS).
  • Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, and Process Analysis.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping, and Functional Documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Visio, Lucid chart, or Draw.io for process modeling.
