About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of energy projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of renewable energy systems. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, sales, and operations departments to ensure seamless project execution from inception to final delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about sustainable energy and eager to make a tangible impact through innovative project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing renewable energy or infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of solar, wind, or hybrid energy systems and related technologies.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze project data, prepare reports, and present findings clearly and confidently.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and reports, maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and project insights during client interactions.
