Summary
Do you have experience of providing business analysis expertise, on an end-to-end EPI and Credit Control process review project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading London Market Insurer organisation, in reviewing end-to-end Estimated Premium Income (EPI) and Credit Control processes, identify tactical improvements and define the future-state operating model required to support future strategic transformation initiatives
The Project Needs a Consultant Who Has:
- 5+ years’ business analysis experience within financial services
- London Market insurance experience
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, specifically premium capture
- Understanding of Credit Control and associated processes

Key Services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- Planning, preparation and facilitation of workshops with business SMEs
- Capture and documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes, including potential SOPs
- Analysis of processes, data flows, controls, ownership, pain points, workarounds and reconciliations
- Definition and documentation of business requirements
- Development of a future state operating model
- Development of tactical and strategic solution recommendations, roadmap and business case
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ business analysis experience within financial services
- London Market insurance experience
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, specifically premium capture
- Understanding of Credit Control and associated processes
- Strong analytical thinking and high-quality written work
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to work across different organisational levels and business functions
