We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Financial Asset Management transformation programme.
This is a contract role focused on helping a large, asset-intensive organisation modernise financial processes, reduce spreadsheet dependency, improve regulatory reporting, and create a more integrated digital operating model.
The Role
You'll work closely with Finance, Technology, Engineering and Transformation teams to:
- Elicit, document and prioritise business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Map current-state and future-state business processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and operating model changes
- Support solution assessments, market engagement and supplier evaluations
- Drive consensus across a complex stakeholder landscape

About You
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with:
- Strong transformation programme experience
- Excellent process mapping and requirements gathering skills
- Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience within finance, asset management, ERP, regulatory or compliance-led environments
- Asset management/finance transformation experience
- The confidence to challenge, influence and drive decision-making
