Please note this role is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to improve how its business and technical teams shape and deliver change. You will work across several transformation projects, including a new self-service portal, an HR system rollout and the introduction of new data tooling. This role is focused on establishing effective business analysis, improving processes and turning business needs into clear delivery requirements.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships across the organisation, from operational teams through to C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business problems, user needs and project objectives.
- Capture, analyse and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts.
- Map as-is and to-be processes, identifying where technology, automation and AI could improve services.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Manage business analysis activity across several projects running in parallel.
- Challenge unclear requirements and ensure proposed solutions address the underlying business need.
- Establish practical business analysis standards, templates and ways of working.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and delivery planning.
