Junior / Mid Business Analyst

Company: Dandelion Civilization
Headquarters: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Level: Junior / Mid
Compensation: Competitive, based on interview results

About the Company

Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management. We work across Product, Engineering, HRTech and behavioural analytics to build data-driven tools for organisations and employees.

As our product continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help turn business needs into clear product requirements and structured solutions.

About the Role

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and commercial teams, helping clarify requirements, map processes, document workflows and support the delivery of new product functionality.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to incomplete or complex information.

We are open to both strong Junior candidates with relevant project or internship experience and Mid-level specialists who can take greater ownership of analysis and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify and document business and product requirements.
  • Translate requirements into structured specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map business processes, user flows and system interactions.
  • Support Product Managers with feature discovery and requirements analysis.
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Engineering and QA to clarify requirements during implementation.
  • Maintain product and process documentation.
  • Support data analysis and preparation of internal reports.
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions and requirement reviews.
  • Help ensure delivered functionality aligns with agreed business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
