Business Analyst (Basel 3.1/Regulatory Compliance/Controls Specialist)
Location: Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
Job Description
Strong experience in Basel 3.1 / Basel IV regulatory requirements and implementation within a banking environment.
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting, risk-weighted assets (RWA), credit risk, and capital requirements.
- Experience with data lineage, data controls, Golden Sources, and regulatory data management.
- Strong background in control testing, including control design and operating effectiveness.
- Experience working with Credit, Mortgages, Securities-Backed Lending, or other lending products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data, process, and control mapping.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting systems, technology feeds, and enterprise data integration.
