Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team in Wilton Centre (Redcar). This role suits someone skilled at translating complex business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to uncover genuine business and regulatory needs, identifying and prioritising requirements.
  • Plan and lead discovery workshops to gather process details, constraints, and operational challenges.
  • Create clear process maps for current and future states to build alignment on key changes and goals.
  • Translate findings into documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support multiple onboarding and implementation projects, adapting approaches to local regulatory frameworks.
  • Serve as the analytical point of contact during delivery, ensuring requirements remain accurate and up to date.
  • Identify risks and gaps early, presenting options and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment on scope, priorities, and decisions.

Must-have Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or complex operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including technical teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, or compliance-focused environments.
