Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to uncover genuine business and regulatory needs, identifying and prioritising requirements.
- Plan and lead discovery workshops to gather process details, constraints, and operational challenges.
- Create clear process maps for current and future states to build alignment on key changes and goals.
- Translate findings into documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support multiple onboarding and implementation projects, adapting approaches to local regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as the analytical point of contact during delivery, ensuring requirements remain accurate and up to date.
- Identify risks and gaps early, presenting options and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment on scope, priorities, and decisions.

Must-have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or complex operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity with a structured and methodical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including technical teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory, or compliance-focused environments.
