We are hiring for Business Analyst at Glasgow, Scotland – 2-3 days per week Onsite
Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join the AI & Data Onboarding Squad, responsible for product discovery, feasibility assessment, use-case evaluation, and solution shaping. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis and data expertise with a practical understanding of AI-driven solutions and rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and data analysis activities across AI and data transformation initiatives.
- Conduct product discovery, feasibility analysis, and use-case scoring to identify high-value opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Perform data source investigation and assess enterprise data landscapes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Build rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and wireframes where required.
- Research, validate, and ensure proposed solutions address the right business problems.
- Support Agile delivery teams through requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst within data and digital transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Data Modelling and data architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Strong capability in data source analysis and investigation.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, or Machine Learning-enabled solutions.
- Experience creating POCs, prototypes, wireframes, and validating business concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience within Our Client or similar large-scale banking and financial services environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse and data lake ecosystems.
- Exposure to Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Banking and Payments domains.
- Experience working with enterprise data products and modern data platforms.
