About the Role
My client, an exciting Private Bank based in London, are looking for a Business Analyst to join their London based team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, but you will be required in the office 4 days per week.
They are seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in Online Banking and/or Payments to support the integration and build out of their online banking platform. You will play a key role in the delivery of a strategic client onboarding transformation, improving the client experience, operational efficiency, and data quality. This role will partner with third parties to help build and ensure integration with the existing systems. Further to this, you will be responsible for analysing current onboarding processes, defining target-state requirements, and supporting the implementation of Salesforce enhancements, third-party data feeds, document generation capabilities, workflow automation, and automated account opening solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration and build out of the online banking platform.
- Play a key role in the delivery of a strategic client onboarding transformation.
- Improve the client experience, operational efficiency, and data quality.
- Partner with third parties to ensure integration with existing systems.
- Analyse current onboarding processes.

Requirements
- Proven Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services / Private Banking / Challenger Bank space.
- Proven experience working on online banking or payments platforms.
- Process Mapping experience.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Experience defining systems integration and data feed requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven delivery mindset and experience working to tight deadlines.
