The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and development of our platform. Working as part of an agile scrum team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business needs and contribute to delivering effective, value-driven solutions. You will help translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables and support the development and testing of solutions that meet both technical and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support discovery, storyboarding, prototyping, and business analysis activities within the technology team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and ensure alignment
  • Assist in the preparation of analysis documentation such as user stories, interface specifications, data mapping, and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to QA activities, including reviewing test strategies and supporting test execution
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to support solution validation and delivery
  • Represent the needs of internal and external customers in day-to-day activities
  • Support continuous improvement of agile processes and ways of working
  • Travel to UK and other global offices as required

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

As a people-orientated organisation, candidates should demonstrate alignment with our core values: Listen, Empower, Innovate, and Accomplish. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within software or SaaS environments
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather, document, and communicate requirements clearly
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Ability to manage priorities and work across multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working with connected devices or IoT solutions
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, APIs, or UX principles
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Exposure to relational databases or programming concepts
