Responsibilities
- Develop APQC-aligned L3/L4 processes and BPMN-compliant future-state process maps
- Define process variations for different business areas, markets, selling channels and types of products
- Ensure alignment with the wider SAP S/4HANA process design
- Quantify process improvement opportunities and business benefits
- Validate process designs with SMEs and process owners

Experience / Capabilities
- Strong BPMN 2.0 process modelling experience
- Experience applying APQC process frameworks
- Ability to design and document L3/L4 process maps
- Knowledge of retail product lifecycle, planning, pricing or stock/supply chain preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to quickly understand new business domains and deliver high-quality outputs to demanding programme timelines
