Due to continued growth, Mediq UK is now recruiting for a Business Analyst on a 18 month fixed term contract.
Role Overview
The Business / Training Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and adoption of the ERP solution through business analysis, process design, requirements management, training strategy development, and end-user readiness activities.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, SMEs, system integrators, project managers, and change teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into ERP solutions and that users are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to adopt new ways of working.

The role combines traditional Business Analysis activities with Training and User Readiness leadership to drive successful business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Elicit, document, analyse, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Support creation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Support process mapping and value stream analysis.
- Support the design future-state ("To-Be") business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and optimisation.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions.
- Coordinate virtual training delivery.
- Deliver ERP system demonstrations.
- Support "train-the-trainer" activities.
- Coach Super Users and Business Champions.
- Provide Hypercare training support post go-live.
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting stakeholder analysis, business requirement documentation and process maps.

Key Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Training Lead, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- A level / Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
- PRINCE2 Foundation (Desirable).
- ERP Implementation or transformation experience (Desirable).
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing capability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
