The Opportunity
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on business process analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll work with stakeholders to understand and document existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help define future-state ways of working.
A key part of the role will be using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to create clear and accurate process maps that help both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand complex processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Create clear process maps and visual artefacts using Visio
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements
- Translate complex requirements into clear processes and documentation
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure processes are clearly understood and consistently documented

What We're Looking For
- Proven Business Analysis experience
- Strong process mapping and process analysis skills
- Experience using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
- Experience documenting current and future-state processes
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and validating business requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to turn complex information into clear, easy-to-understand documentation
