The Role
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Champion technical details behind data fields for mailing lists and dashboards.
- Facilitate scope revisions and ensure testing aligns with business needs.
- Manage delivery risks in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Identify automation opportunities in the backlog with engagement managers.
- Act as a subject matter expert to recommend optimal builds for automated campaigns.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of architecture, data fields, and automated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in leading change management and training initiatives.
- Familiarity with AB testing and campaign analysis.
- Ability to manage risks and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
