Business Analyst – 12 Month Contract | London, UK (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing international team on a contract basis.
This is a hands-on analytical role focused on business reporting, sales analytics, operational processes, and process improvement. You will take ownership of recurring reporting activities, identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, and help build more scalable and efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Own recurring business reporting and performance analytics processes.
- Prepare and refresh regular performance reports and business review materials.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Investigate data anomalies and identify underlying business drivers.
- Review existing processes and identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows.
- Simplify and standardize processes where appropriate.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis covering performance, trends, and business opportunities.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Develop initial hypotheses and insights from data.
- Create clear charts, tables, and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
- Communicate findings, progress, and potential issues clearly to stakeholders.

- Strong Business Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with business reporting, analytics, or performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement, simplification, or automation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
