Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the ATS system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies related to employment and recruitment.
