Summary

Our client based in Royston is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! They are looking for a proven Business Analyst with IFS experience.

Our Client

My client is a well-established market leader in animal nutrition with an international footprint.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for preparing client accounts and dealing with bookkeeping matters for manager or partner review.

Main Duties

  • Identify and support continuous improvement of business processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve operational performance.
  • Support the development and effectiveness of S&OP processes, reporting and decision making capabilities.
  • Support the optimisation, adoption and effective use of IFS Cloud and other business systems to maximise business value.
  • Deliver accurate reporting, analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, understood and translated into effective solutions.
  • Promote high standards of data quality, process consistency and system usage across supported business areas.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support the successful adoption of business process and system improvements.

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, planning or sales environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally IFS.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards and business insights.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and user adoption.
  • Understanding of data quality, master data and business process governance.
  • Experience providing user training and 2nd/3rd line systems support.
