About The Role

Join a team where your insight can shape the future of business transformation across a growing renewable energy business. If you enjoy turning complex challenges into evidence-based decisions, this is an opportunity to influence meaningful change at scale.

At EDF power solutions, Success is Personal, giving you the freedom to make a real impact while developing your career your way.

The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a central role within our Business Process Transformation team, providing the analysis, business understanding and structured thinking needed to turn strategic intent into successful, adopted change. You'll work across the organisation, helping leaders make informed decisions that improve performance, efficiency and long-term value.

This is a hybrid role based from either our #Durham or #London office. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with office attendance expected as and when required to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and business priorities.

You'll contribute to EDF power solutions' journey towards An Electric UK and Ireland by helping to identify improvement opportunities, validate business concepts, shape target operating models and build the evidence needed for investment and transformation decisions. You'll also help establish best practice business analysis standards across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
