About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented [Job Title] to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and MS Office applications.
- Proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific hiring practices and employment laws will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends, employment laws, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
