Business Analyst / Product Owner

Synapri is supporting a large logistics organisation undergoing a significant period of technology transformation and change. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to work closely with the CTO and help turn the wider technology vision into practical, business-led solutions.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on process improvement, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and technology transformation across operations, finance and supply chain.

Salary: up to £90,000

Location: London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points and business requirements.
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, process maps and structured backlogs.
  • Define current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
  • Work with technical and data teams on ERP, data and system transformation initiatives.
  • Support UAT, solution delivery and implementation to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
  • Help introduce stronger BA practices, governance and structured ways of working across the organisation.
  • Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical/delivery teams.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a transformation or change environment.
  • Strong experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and data-focused projects.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and bringing structure to change.
  • Experience with M&A, acquisitions, system consolidation or integration would be highly desirable.
