🚨 Senior Business Analyst | Investment Change | 6-Month Contract
📍 London – Hybrid
Robert Half is supporting a leading financial services organisation with the appointment of a Senior Business Analyst to support a major programme of investment change and operational transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong investment, asset management or financial services background who enjoys working through complex processes, identifying improvements and helping organisations implement change effectively.
The opportunity: You’ll work across a range of initiatives affecting the investment operating environment, partnering with teams across Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology.

- Analysing and improving investment-related business processes
- Designing and documenting current and future-state processes and operating models
- Supporting changes involving investment products, assets and external managers
- Identifying process, data and control weaknesses and recommending practical improvements
- Assessing operational risks and helping develop appropriate controls and governance
- Working across Front, Middle and Back Office to understand dependencies and impacts
- Supporting implementation, testing and transition of new processes
- Producing clear business analysis, process documentation and risk assessments
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging existing ways of working where appropriate

You'll ideally have:
- Strong Senior Business Analyst / Business Change experience
- Experience within investment management, asset management, pensions, insurance or wider financial services
- A good understanding of investment operations and investment products
- Strong process mapping and operating model experience
- Experience working with operational risk, controls and governance
- Experience delivering change within complex, regulated environments
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Experience with asset onboarding, investment operations change, asset origination or investment manager onboarding would be particularly valuable.
