DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

At Exclusive Networks, we're looking for a Global Business Analyst to help drive the success of our global vendor business through reporting, business intelligence and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple regions, influence decision-making and develop highly sought-after analytical and commercial skills within a leading global cybersecurity specialist.
As part of our Global Vendor Operations team, you'll play a central role in helping business leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and improve outcomes. You'll transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations while contributing to reporting automation, process improvement and strategic business initiatives.

As the Business Analyst, you will:
- Develop, maintain and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards and automated reporting solutions for vendor performance management.
- Collect, validate and analyse data from multiple systems, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and reliable.
- Monitor business metrics including revenue, profitability, pipeline, partner engagement, programme adoption and operational performance, translating trends and risks into actionable insight.
- Partner with sales, finance, operations, marketing and business leaders to improve visibility, workflows, reporting processes and data governance.
- Support programme tracking, investment monitoring, business case analysis, strategic planning, Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, reporting automation and the evaluation of new analytics tools and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Business Analyst:
- Has a minimum of two years' experience working as a data analyst within a commercial environment; experience in the IT distribution sector would be preferable but is not essential.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets.
- Has experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or a similar visualisation tool; SQL, Python, Power Query, Alteryx or comparable data tools would be an advantage.
- Understands data accuracy and can identify meaningful trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
- Communicates complex information clearly to non-technical audiences, with strong presentation skills and proficiency in English.
- Is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership and working proactively.
- Is curious, commercially aware and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience using AI tools such as Databricks Genie and/or Claude would be highly advantageous.
