Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Salary: £35,000-40,000 (DOE)
Location: Hull - Hybrid working
Applicants must hold a current, valid driver's licence.
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading UK manufacturing organisation, who are looking for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. You'll be a key player in the delivery of new enhancements and supporting core business platforms within Salesforce, with a focus on supporting the Sales & Marketing customers.
What You’ll Do as Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, documenting requirements creating process flows and functional specifications.
- Develop test plans and cases, aligning to business requirements and monitoring performance of business platforms.
- Provide training and support to end-users and clients, identifying and addressing potential challenges on platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with commercial functions (Sales & Marketing).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions with good knowledge of Commercial IT systems.
- Strong communication and customer facing skills, with exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce advantageous).
