Role Description

This full-time role will remotely support the senior leadership team. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams.

The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, ensuring alignment across departments, and monitoring the performance of implemented solutions. The Business Analyst will also contribute to strategic planning activities and help maintain consistent documentation and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and implementation of process improvements.
  • Ability to define, manage, and validate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with standard business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process modeling, use cases, workflows).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in mining, metals, sustainability, or industrial innovation sectors is beneficial.
