Digital Business Analyst
Location: Cardiff – Hybrid | Permanent | £49,000 - £56,000
VIQU are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Digital Business Analyst to join their Digital Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a wide range of digital transformation projects, working across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to implementation and service improvement.
You'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users to understand business needs, improve processes, and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with technical and business stakeholders.
- Produce process maps, functional specifications, and business analysis documentation.
- Support projects through design, testing, implementation, and operational review.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and digital transformation.
- Carry out impact assessments, risk analysis, and support change management activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within digital or technology projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with business process mapping and improvement.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, or similar).
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
