Business Analyst Opportunity for Public Sector Organisation
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a Public Sector organisation to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your main role will be part of a transformation programme which is to replace a legacy HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement System with 2 new systems (iTrent and TechnologyOne). The system is now live and we are working through Phase 2 which is build and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Typical Workstreams will include:
- Data mapping and extraction from legacy system to be scoped
- Identify user requirements
- Identify and document existing business processes
- Map future processes and service journeys
- Coordinating and managing UAT
- Create process maps and scenarios to test new and redesigned service
Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience:
- Past experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong process mapping and UAT skills
- Experience working on service design and information management system based projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisation and analysis skills

Highly Desirable:
- Experience in iTrent or other HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement Systems
- Business Analysis qualification
- Service Design in the Public Sector
This role will be hybrid based and offers fantastic public sector employee benefits.
Salary: £49,817
