Role: Business Analyst

Location: Remote working. Travel to the Ramsgate site may be requested once a month on average.

Duration: Initial end date is 31/12/2026 but project timelines may slip into 2027

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week; flexible office hours.

In this role, you will be working with team members in Australia and the US, so some flexibility is required.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Sub-process Lead with SAP PS module experience to support an ongoing project.

  • Liaise between business users and technical teams regarding SAP implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders about the tool's functionality and process changes.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders regarding project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators, providing regular status updates and communications to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and performance tracking.
