Business Analyst Contract - Paying up to £596 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working (2 or 3 Days per week on site), To Start ASAP, Contract until end of March 2027
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large scale infrastructure and operational change programme within a complex enterprise environment.
This role will play a key part in coordinating business and technical activities across infrastructure, networking, and decommissioning workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of critical operational initiatives. You'll work closely with technical teams, project managers, operational stakeholders, and business leaders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and drive implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across infrastructure focused initiatives
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery activities across multiple operational workstreams
- Facilitate engagement between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts associated with infrastructure and decommissioning projects
- Produce high quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, process mapping, impact assessments, and reports
- Support governance, change control, and stakeholder management activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with project and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery and transition of change into service

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
- Strong planning, organisation, and coordination skills
- Experience supporting operational infrastructure, networking, and decommissioning projects
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced delivery environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
