Business Analyst
Up to £700 per day
Initially a 6-Month Contract
London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Overview
We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a major retail transformation programme, supporting the redesign and optimisation of business processes across product, pricing, planning, inventory and supply chain functions. Working within a fast-paced change environment, you'll help shape future-state operating models and deliver process improvements across a range of retail business areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Developing APQC-aligned L3/L4 business processes and BPMN-compliant future-state process maps
- Analysing current operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- Defining process variations across different markets, business functions, sales channels and product categories
- Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and transformation teams to validate new process designs
- Supporting the delivery of a large-scale retail transformation programme through process documentation and analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across pricing, planning, inventory, supply chain and finance functions
- Quantifying business benefits and supporting the implementation of operational improvements
- Ensuring process designs align with wider programme objectives and business requirements

Skills & Experience

- Strong Business Analysis experience within complex business environments
- Proven process modelling experience using BPMN 2.0
- Experience designing and documenting L3/L4 process maps
- Background within retail, including exposure to product lifecycle, pricing, planning, inventory or supply chain operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand new business areas and deliver high-quality outputs within programme timescales
- Experience supporting transformation, change or process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of APQC frameworks would be highly advantageous
Contract Package
Up to £400 per day
