Business Analyst - Wealth Manager

This wealth manager is building something genuinely different in financial advice, and you are joining at exactly the right moment. This is a hybrid role based in Bristol with a business that has doubled in size in the last 18 months alone.

They have completed numerous acquisitions and has ambitions to significantly accelerate that pace. The technology function sits right at the centre of that growth, not as a support function, but as a genuine commercial driver.

Responsibilities

  • You will be working across the business to understand, scope and shape transformation projects before handing them over to IT for delivery.
  • The work sits towards the front end of the BA life cycle, which means you are the person who takes an idea and turns it into something ready to build.
  • You will be managing stakeholders across both the business and technology sides, gathering requirements and helping this firm solve real problems rather than chasing technology for its own sake.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
