Role Description
As a volunteer Business Analyst at Outcome School, you will support program and operations teams by analyzing data, processes, and learner outcomes to improve the effectiveness of our pathways. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Map and refine business processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance program scalability and impact
- Prepare reports and dashboards to clarify trends, support decision-making, and inform partnerships with employers and community organizations
This is a remote role, and you will collaborate with team members through online tools, contributing flexible hours to help optimize programs that connect learners to real employment opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations
- Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, evaluate program performance, and translate needs into actionable improvements
- Business Process skills to document workflows, streamline operations, and support scalable program delivery
- Business Requirements and Communication skills to engage stakeholders, define clear objectives, and present findings in accessible formats
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in education or workforce development, familiarity with data or reporting tools, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a commitment to equity and inclusion for underserved learners.
