We're working with a global organization embarking on a significant business transformation, specializing in critical strategic initiatives to reshape their corporate structure. They offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that define the future landscape of their operations.
The Role
- Analyse the current state of a business being divested and its integration within the wider organisation
- Identify critical dependencies between the divested business and the parent entity
- Determine requirements for the business to operate independently post-separation
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and Data
- Document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, and gaps
- Support the definition of the future-state standalone business environment

What You'll Need
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes
- Proven background in divestment, business separation, carve-out programmes, or M&A with a focus on separation
- Ability to understand a business holistically, beyond specific systems or functions
- Experience working across multiple business functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, Data)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions
- Experience operating within global organizations, with exposure to European and US environments
