This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established transformation function at a leading professional services organisation. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover business needs
- Reviewing and optimising business processes, workflows, and operating models
- Conducting root cause analysis and helping define future-state solutions
- Supporting process automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives
- Producing business cases, requirements documentation, process maps, and governance artefacts
- Evaluating options and recommending solutions based on business value and feasibility
- Supporting innovation initiatives from discovery through to investment approval
- Working closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders across the business
- Ensuring governance standards and best practices are consistently applied
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within transformation, change, or business improvement programmes
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis capability
- Experience operating in complex environments where priorities may evolve
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading discovery activities
- Ability to translate business challenges into clear recommendations and actionable solutions
- Experience introducing or working within governance frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience within professional services environments is beneficial but not essential
- Backgrounds from banking environments are not preferred for this opportunity

What They Offer
- Salary of £55,000 to £65,000 in Bristol or £70,000 to £80,000 in London
- 8% annual bonus
- Hybrid working model with three days per week in the office
