About The Role
We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst to support the COO and leadership team in planning, documenting, and executing key initiatives across our products.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining elements of business analysis, project management, and product support. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable plans, tracking progress, and presenting insights to leadership and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys varied responsibilities, and wants to have visible impact on both internal operations and client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements across teams and projects.
- Develop and maintain product development plans and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and track projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Support the preparation of PowerPoint decks, reports, and presentations for board, leadership, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and project plans to support transparency and decision-making.

Required Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or product support, ideally in startups or fast-moving environments.
- Past experience in financial services, particularly financial markets, is highly desirable.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis).
- Experience supporting product development, roadmaps, or project planning.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
