As part of this, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation & Projects team and support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives across the firm.

About the Role

Working closely with experienced Business Analysts, project teams, and stakeholders across the business, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, understand business needs, and support the delivery of projects that enhance both client service and operational efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already begun their Business Analysis career and is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You will support a range of transformation and business change projects, working with colleagues across the firm to help deliver meaningful improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting workshops and stakeholder discussions focused on service design, operational improvement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, working closely with senior team members.
  • Mapping current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting with the evaluation of potential solutions and recommendations.
  • Producing high-quality documentation, including requirements and process maps.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across the firm.
  • Applying a range of business analysis tools and techniques to support project delivery.
  • Providing flexible support across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with candidates who are curious, analytical, and motivated by solving problems and improving how things work.

You'll likely bring:

  • Some experience of Business Analysis, change, transformation, or process improvement activities.
  • An understanding of business analysis principles and a desire to continue developing your skills and knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at different levels across the business.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in understanding the wider impact of business decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, would be beneficial.
