Senior Business Analyst | Recoveries | Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office – 3 days working from home | FTC 12 Months | £80k + benefits | LONDON

As a Senior Business Analyst with our client, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives and pilot programmes. Working within the Recoveries team, you will help establish robust processes, governance arrangements, and delivery frameworks to support successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining core delivery artefacts
  • Supporting governance forums
  • Coordinating stakeholder inputs
  • Ensuring activities are delivered in a controlled, transparent, and well-documented manner

The successful candidate will have experience operating as a business-facing Business Analyst, with a strong focus on organizational change, process optimization, operating model design, and project delivery. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops, documenting business requirements, and driving improvements that deliver tangible business outcomes.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a business, process, or project analysis background rather than those whose experience is predominantly focused on technical systems analysis, software development, or system implementation projects.

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst at a senior level within complex projects or change initiatives
  • Previous experience working within a regulated environment
  • Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry, including an understanding of regulatory frameworks and the nuances of working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to support business requirements and identifying improvements
  • Strong ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions
  • Strong Excel, SharePoint, Planner, and PowerPoint skills, or equivalent experience managing documentation, reporting, and tracking activities

A certification in Business Analysis, Certified Business Analysis Professional, or equivalent would be desirable.

Salary: £80k + benefits
