We're hiring a Business Analyst to support a high-profile Data Migration Discovery project for a reputed client. If you enjoy turning complex information into clear requirements and helping shape what "good" looks like before technology decisions are made—this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage operational, policy, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define data and business needs
  • Help identify the minimum viable dataset needed to support safe decommissioning of a legacy platform by March 2029
  • Map data usage across New Style JSA and ESA services
  • Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, requirements, and findings
  • Work closely with architects, data analysts, and technical teams to keep business and technical requirements aligned
  • Provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making during the Discovery phase
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, and impacts linked to data migration and legacy system decommissioning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
