Our client is a leading technology consultancy and digital transformation partner, helping organisations across the public and private sectors deliver meaningful business change.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major greenfield programme delivering an integrated solution within a highly secure, mission-critical environment.
Working across business and technical teams, you'll lead requirements gathering, analyse and improve business processes, support solution design, and ensure business needs are translated into practical, effective outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, solving complex business challenges, and influencing delivery on large-scale programmes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop current and future-state process models and identify improvement opportunities.
- Produce key analysis artefacts including user stories, requirements documentation and process flows.
- Support solution design, ensuring business needs are fully understood and addressed.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery.
- Support testing, validation and business readiness activities.
- Contribute to successful project delivery within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex projects or programmes.
- Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills.
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently.
