The Business Support Team in Customer Resolutions Operations (CRO) requires an Experienced Business Analyst
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to problems, representing and supporting operational, MI and technical views in design, development, and delivery decisions.

- Do you have an interest in being seen as an ‘operational champion’; ensuring that the operations voice is heard within the design, development, and delivery discussions with development and technical teams, protecting the end user outcome? Then this role could be for you!

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
