Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily banking operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor transactional activities to detect and prevent fraud or errors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of existing client accounts, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analysis to inform management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve processes.
