Business Analyst Required for Long-Term Engagement
Business Analyst required for a long-term engagement offering competitive rates. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite in the West Midlands, working closely with stakeholders, product, design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and define business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce requirements and business analysis artefacts
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation
- Create process maps and conduct impact assessments
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable
- Maintain traceability between business needs and delivered outcomes
- Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams
- Support delivery teams in clarifying requirements and business objectives

Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements
- Backlog refinement and prioritisation experience
- Process mapping and impact assessment experience
- Experience defining acceptance criteria
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
