You’ll help our Development team project manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects to shape better processes, better services, and better outcomes for colleagues and customers. What you’ll do

  • Project manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide clear visibility of our pipeline projects, resource requirements and dependencies.
  • Map out processes, spotting gaps, risks and opportunities.
  • Use data and evidence to guide choices and track impact over time.
  • Ensure changes are rolled out smoothly and success is measured

You have

  • A BCS Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements.
  • Skilled in mapping processes and spotting improvements.
  • Confidence in engaging stakeholders and leading discussions.
  • Ability to use data to support analysis and decisions
  • Experience in the Registered Provider, Housing or Construction Industry would be advantageous

The practical bits

  • Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday. We’re a flexible organisation we understand last minute events can happen and offer flexibility to support you.
  • We work a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 2 days a week based from our offices in central Newcastle upon Tyne and 3 days from home
  • Our anchor day is Thursday with a flexible second day
