What do we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

The Role:

Are you a passionate problem-solver with a knack for deciphering financial and commercial data to uncover real business impact? Driven by the desire to shape growth strategies through actionable insights? If so, we invite you to join us as a Business Analyst.

At Paddle, we are building an analytical culture that empowers every team member to harness data for smarter decision-making. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer profitability, improving gross margins, and optimizing our cost structures. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex financial data into insights that directly influence revenue growth, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Revenue & Pricing Analysis: Evaluate pricing initiatives and commercial strategies, modeling scenarios to help optimize revenue generation and measure business impact.
  • Profitability & Cost Optimization: Analyze key drivers of customer profitability, margins, and cost of sales to highlight opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and growth.
  • Core Data Analytics: Perform in-depth analytical work to uncover trends, translating complex datasets into clear, practical recommendations—not just buzzwords.
  • Data Alignment & Infrastructure: Partner with Data Engineering and analytics teams to define requirements and ensure efficient data models are built for commercial and financial reporting.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Build, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and visualisations to ensure critical metrics remain visible, accurate, and actionable across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work alongside stakeholders across Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations to translate analytical insights into action and track their long-term impact.
  • Analytics Culture & Process: Advocate for data-informed decision-making across the business, helping refine analytical processes and improving data accuracy over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
