About The Role

The MCR Property Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a key member of our project management team, you will coordinate between different departments, liaise with external vendors and contractors, and ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful developments that shape urban landscapes and improve community infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in project coordination or management within the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely project delivery
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and work proactively to resolve them to minimize project disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project activities, changes, and approvals
  • Support procurement processes by reviewing contracts and managing supplier relationships
  • Participate in project meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items
  • Assist in the management of project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs
