Location: Oxford with travel to Dublin on a frequent basis
Reporting to: Product Manager

Job summary:
Analyse data to improve and update business systems and investigate problems and product management to evolve existing products and help launch new product enhancements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain community compliance questionnaires to a high level of detail and in accordance with business requirements.
  • Support the coordination of the questionnaire review processes, including collaborating with internal teams to meet stakeholder needs, upholding quality standards, and adhering to established timelines.
  • Configure changes in our internal system, ensuring accurate implementation and smooth deployment of updates and changes.
  • Work with the development and QA teams to raise change requests and enhancements and manage these through to release.
  • Analyse large data sets to help solve problems, identify trends and patterns in data and to work on data related enhancements.
  • As you progress, you will be involved in product management across the business

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and experience

  • Interest in analysing data
  • Interest in reviewing and configuring detailed questionnaires
  • Proven delivery to defined targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of subscription services (not essential)
  • Experience of working in a growing business
  • Understanding and experience in adhering to information security requirements
  • Experience in defining requirements compliant with information security standards

Qualifications and skills

  • A degree (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel to advanced level including pivot tables, V look ups etc
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in a timely way
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
  • A strong interest in business and product development
  • A good understanding of information technology

The Company’s policy of blended working requires the post holder to work two designated days in the office and three days working from home. This policy may be reviewed from time to time.
