About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting strategic Claims and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications that enable seamless delivery by development teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the digital evolution of our client's operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or insurance sectors.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools.
- Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, claims management processes, and related technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including Product Owners, Solution Architects, and technical teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support transformation projects.
- Elicit, document, validate, and manage detailed business and functional requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are ready for development.
- Conduct current-state and future-state analysis, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business rules, workflows, process maps, data requirements, and integration points.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to define scalable, feasible solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure backlog items are well-defined, meet the Definition of Ready, and facilitate smooth sprint planning and delivery.
- Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Work with development and testing teams to clarify requirements, support solution delivery, UAT, and defect resolution processes.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather comprehensive requirements and build consensus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams, providing expert analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
