Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: London (2x a week)
Day rate: £474 per day inside IR35
Start Date: In the next two weeks
Contract details: Initial 12 month contract
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support one of our clients in the design, implementation and migration of a new reference data model, CMS platform and associated business processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Document current and future-state Reference Data processes.
- Facilitate workshops with Product, Data, Engineering and Operations teams.
- Capture and manage business, functional and migration requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of a new Reference Data operating model.
- Document dataset dependencies, upstream and downstream impacts, and migration activities.
- Develop migration plans and coordinate execution with delivery teams.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience on data transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
- Data modelling and data management experience.
- Business process modelling and workflow design.
- Data migration planning and execution support.
- User story creation and backlog management.
