Technical Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading South West organisation. Within this role, you will be required to conduct business analysis to build technical solutions to improve a variety of business systems and processes.

  • Salary - £60,000
  • Location - South West - 3 days per week onsite is a MUST

The Role

Within this role, you will act as the bridge between a variety of stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications that drives process optimisation, systems improvements and data driven decision making across client operations. You will be developing user stories, user cases and process flow diagrams to support project deliverables and validating software solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience working across a variety of digital organisations
  • Strong technical acumen, familiarity with programming languages which include Python, systems architecture and understanding technical feasibility, databases, APIs and systems integration
  • SQL proficiency for analysing large amounts of data
  • Solid understanding and experience of business improvement modelling and improvement methodologies
  • Drafting functional specifications including SRS and BRD
