About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes, services, and outcomes for both colleagues and customers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in project management, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a BCS Diploma or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable project plans is essential. Proficiency in process mapping, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing stakeholder engagement is required. Strong analytical skills, particularly in utilizing data to support decision-making and measure project impact, are crucial. Experience within the Registered Provider, Housing, or Construction industries is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, confidence in leading discussions, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Providing clear visibility of project pipelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Mapping out existing processes, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Developing strategies to address identified gaps and risks.
- Using data and evidence to guide decision-making, track project impacts, and evaluate success metrics.
- Ensuring smooth rollouts of changes and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Supporting the development of best practices.
- Contributing to team knowledge sharing.
- Assisting in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
